Hi, I’m Kai, a 24-year-old Japanese Travel Planner and content creator based in Tokyo.
Over 120K people follow my Japan travel content, and I’ve created more than 200 customized itineraries for travelers from around the world.
My work is dedicated to helping people experience Japan in the most meaningful, unforgettable way.
My journey began when I was 17.
On my first visit to Kyoto, I watched travelers from all over the world smile, laugh, and take photos beneath the cherry blossoms.
Seeing people genuinely enjoy Japan’s culture and scenery moved me in a way I’ll never forget.
As a Japanese person, I felt proud — and incredibly happy.
In that moment, I knew I wanted to help people create memories in Japan that would stay with them forever.
Later, while working at Tokyo DisneySea, I learned what true Omotenashi means.
It’s not just about guiding guests.
It’s about noticing unspoken worries, caring for every small detail, and creating joy before someone even asks.
That philosophy shaped the way I craft itineraries today:
